We are an established and well respected international association of professional private investigators. Each member belonging to the CII meets strict membership criteria.

We thoroughly vet our certified members to ensure that a private investigator or private detective joining our international network is highly professional and ethical.

Certified (CII) members must:

• Have 5 years professional experience (minimum)
• Own or operate their own private investigation business (minimum 3 years)
• Adhere to our Code of Ethics

Hiring one of our members gives you the level of confidence and trust you need in a private investigator. The CII has been established for over 50 years and has around 300 members worldwide.
