Taking the family? Here’s some information to help you choose your room type:
Option 1:
A double room with two double beds in it. It sleeps 2 adults and 2 children under 18 years of age on a dinner/bed/breakfast basis, for the double room rate. Kwa Maritane does not have extra beds to place in the rooms.
Option 2:
A family room consisting of 2 rooms, each with their own bathroom and an inter-leading door. One room has two double beds in it. The other room has a king-sized bed in it. This is charged at the (higher)family room rate. Again, the rate includes dinner, bed and breakfast for the occupants.
Consider this when booking your flights:
Most delegates will be arriving during the day. We will be running a shuttle service through the day to minimize your travel time as much as possible. Shuttles will run at night where necessary, but are likely to be less frequent. Closer to the conference start date we will be contacting you to send us your travel details so that we can plan the shuttles to the lodge as efficiently as possible. If you can only get in at night, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. If you can come in during the day, that would be great. In any case a welcome drink will be waiting for you, and if it’s by sundown on Monday, you will be in time for a magical African welcome!
